The Body by Base fitness training program can provide everything you or your group needs to successfully achieve the results you expect. Body by Base - Personal Fitness Training offers 1-on-1 or small group (2-6 people) training sessions. I personally or another qualified trainer can be arranged to also train clients at their office gyms or homes. Body by Base personally is focused on providing an extremely high-quality service and customer satisfaction for the men & women of all fitness levels in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Body by Base will do everything  they can to go above and beyond your fitness and/ or weight loss expectations. Go to the Contact page and fill out a form along with your phone # stating what you would want to get accomplished and then you'll be able to set up your refundable  1/2 hour session just to get an idea of what the program consist of first hand.

With 4, 8 & 12 week personal training packages offered, you'll be sure to achieve the results we both expect from each other working within the fitness program. You can choose from 30 minute or 50 minute sessions. To ensure success on your fitness journey meal choices are included with training packages.
